PR's Sports Bar

As a new sports bar in town, PR's had a lot to tackle. Not only were they fighting the new restaurant success statistics, they also were facing the challenges of a new target audience demographic, menu, location, and a new staff. 

As a professional marketer, my goal was to create a comprehensive marketing plan to help guide them through a successful first year in business. I completed this task by conducting primary and secondary research, formulating plan objectives, creating a schedule for implementation, and determining the best solutions to evaluate success.
